01. Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand our clients’ vision, lifestyle, aspirations, and practical requirements, while establishing a clear understanding of the project’s budget and timeline. This initial exchange allows us to define the project’s scope and prepare a tailored proposal that reflects its individual needs.

02. Design Direction

With a clear understanding of the project, we begin exploring ideas, materials, textures, and color palettes to establish its visual direction. Through curated references and a considered mood board, we bring together the elements that will shape the overall atmosphere of the space, creating a foundation for the concept design.

03. Concept Development

This is where the vision begins to take shape. We translate the established design direction into floor plans, furniture layouts, and photorealistic visualizations that allow our clients to experience the proposed space before it comes to life. Through thoughtful material selections, furniture concepts, and spatial planning, we refine the design in collaboration with our clients, ensuring the concept reflects their vision before progressing to detailed development.

04. Technical Design

Once the concept is approved, we develop the design into a comprehensive technical package that guides its execution on site. This includes detailed drawings, joinery and bespoke furniture specifications, furniture schedules, and material and finish selections. We also coordinate carefully with our trusted suppliers and trade partners to source furniture, lighting, and accessories that complement the design and meet the project’s requirements.

05. Site Supervision

Throughout the execution phase, we oversee the implementation of the approved design to ensure every detail aligns with the original vision. Through regular site visits, progress reviews, and coordination with contractors, we address challenges as they arise and monitor the quality of the work. We maintain close communication with our clients throughout the process, ensuring the project progresses with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
